Tobique First Nation (Neqotkuk) and London, UK – March 21, 2024 – The Tobique Gaming Commission (“TGC”) and Differentia Licensing Advisory Group Limited (“DLAG”) are pleased to announce the issuance of the first B2B License (the “License”) pursuant to the Tobique Gaming Act 2023 (the “Act”) by the TGC to a company (the “Licensee”) under the SOFTSWISS brand. The License was issued to the Licensee following DLAG and TGC’s thorough review of its application to ensure compliance with the Act as well as the Regulations and policies and procedures thereunder (collectively, the “Tobique Gaming Laws”), and giving consideration to the licensing recommendation of DLAG. Subject to ongoing compliance with the Tobique Gaming Laws, with the granting of the License, the Licensee is immediately authorized to engage in its business activities under the jurisdiction of the TGC for a one (1) year term, which term may be renewed in accordance with the Tobique Gaming Laws.

The TGC wishes to confirm that, at this time, DLAG is the only entity with authority under the Act to accept or review license applications as delegates of the TGC.
